Blue Jay in creek at Camp Connell....

........near Big Trees State Park, above Arnold, CA. He was enjoying his bath, splashing in the cool water. The green color is a reflection of the greenery nearby.

We have baby quail!

Two (or three) are huddled near their parents by the berry vines out back.
